R1 Whey Protein Isolate is a high-purity protein powder formulated to support muscle growth and recovery. Made exclusively with whey protein isolates and hydrolysed whey protein isolates, it delivers fast-acting protein without whey concentrates, creamers, gums or other fillers.

Directions

Mix one heaped scoop of R1 Protein with approximately 240 mL of water, milk or your preferred beverage. Shake or stir until smooth. Alternatively, blend with fruit and ice to make a smoothie, or mix into oats or yoghurt.

Consume 1–3 servings daily according to individual protein requirements. Refer to the product packaging for serving size and scoop measurements.
