Dymatize ISO100 is a fast-absorbing, easy-to-digest whey protein powder designed to support muscle recovery after strenuous exercise. Made with hydrolysed whey protein isolate, it is filtered to reduce excess lactose, carbohydrates, fat and sugar while delivering high-quality protein that mixes easily with water, milk or milk alternatives.

Each serving provides:

25g of protein from 100% whey protein isolate.
5.5g of BCAAs, including 2.6g of leucine.
120 calories or less and no more than 1g of sugar.
Banned substance tested for added quality assurance.

Directions

Take on heaped scoop to about 350ml of water, milk or chosen healthy beverage up to three times a day. Mix for about 15 seconds or until completely dispersed.
