Directions

Adults: Take 3 tablets a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take 2 tablets a day to relieve mild osteoarthritis symptoms and joint pain, based on traditional use in Ayurvedic medicine.
Do not take this product if you have a pre-existing liver condition. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
