True Protein Gut Health is a scientifically formulated blend of prebiotic fibres, collagen and naturally derived ingredients designed to support digestive health and a balanced gut microbiome. Developed in collaboration with Monash University, the formula combines clinically studied ingredients with functional superfoods to help reduce bloating and digestive discomfort, promote regularity and support microbiome diversity.

The formula features:

• Prebiotic fibres: Galacto-oligosaccharide (GOS), partially hydrolysed guar gum and organic green banana starch help nourish beneficial gut bacteria, supporting microbiome diversity, digestion and nutrient absorption.

• Hydrolysed bovine collagen: Provides amino acids including glycine, proline and glutamic acid, which contribute to gut lining health and integrity.

• Functional superfoods: Tasmanian seaweed extract, organic cinnamon and pomegranate extract provide antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help protect against cellular damage.

• Additional plant-based ingredients: Sweet potato powder complements the blend of naturally derived ingredients.
