Endura Sports Energy Gels are compact sachets for long and intensive workouts such as marathons, triathlons, long-distance cycling and team sports. Each gel provides 26g of carbohydrates from a dual-carbohydrate blend (fast-absorbing plus slower release), the electrolytes sodium and potassium, and a small dose of caffeine for alertness and focus. Used by professional athletes. Take during or around your workout.

Ingredients

All flavours (Citrus, Cola Kick, Green Apple, Raspberry, Vanilla, Wild Melon Mint): Maltodextrin, fructose, purified water, flavour (nature identical 2%), guar gum, xanthan gum, citric acid, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, potassium sorbate (preservative), sodium benzoate (preservative), caffeine. Gluten free.

Directions

For optimal results, consume one 35g serve (about one and a third tablespoon or 26.4 ml). If consuming before exercise take 15 minutes before. If taking during exercise, consume every 30 minutes. If taking post-exercise make sure you consume immediately after working out.
