Arnica (Arnica montana) flower 2 mg, dry equiv. 20 mg
White turmeric (Curcuma zedoaria) rhizome 5 mg, dry equiv. 50 mg
Plus:
Wintergreen oil 55.56 mg
Menthol 25 mg
Magnesium (as magnesium chloride hexahydrate) 8.37 mg

Directions

Adults: Massage a thin layer to affected area(s) up to four times a
