Herbs of Gold Organic Iron MAX is a one-a-day iron supplement formulated to help maintain healthy iron levels and prevent dietary iron deficiency. It provides 24mg of highly bioavailable iron per capsule as Ferrochel™ (iron bisglycinate), an organic form of iron that is gentle on the digestive system.

The formula combines iron with activated vitamins B2, B6, B12 and folate (Quatrefolic®), plus vitamin C to support dietary iron absorption.

Directions
