Herbs of Gold Magnesium Night Plus is a citrus berry flavoured powder combining high-strength magnesium with Passionflower and California poppy, herbs traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to promote sleep and relieve restlessness.

Each serve provides 320mg of magnesium from magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate, two well-absorbed forms of magnesium.
