Herbs of Gold Bloating Relief Complex is a multi-action herbal formula combining ingredients traditionally used in Western herbal medicine and Chinese medicine to relieve abdominal bloating and support digestive health.

Chen pi: Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to relieve abdominal bloating, feelings of fullness and nausea.
Caraway and Fennel: Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to reduce flatulence and relieve colic (pain caused by excessive wind or gas). Caraway is also traditionally used to support healthy digestion and stomach health.
Dandelion: Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms of indigestion, improve digestive weakness and support healthy liver function.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

Taraxacum officinale (Dandelion) root extract 25mg
derived from dry root 1.5 g
Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel) seed extract 75mg
derived from dry seed 1.5 g
Citrus reticulata (Chen pi) fruit peel extract 75mg
derived from dry fruit 1.5 g
Carum carvi (Caraway) seed extract 100mg
derived from dry seed 500 mg

Does not contain egg, milk, peanut, corn, soy, tree nuts, animal products, gluten, lactose or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule, twice daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.
