Herbs of Gold Activated Folate 500 provides 500mcg of methylfolate (5-MTHF), the metabolically active form of folate, to support healthy foetal development, brain function and cardiovascular health.

Formulated with Quatrefolic®, a highly water-soluble glucosamine salt of 5-MTHF, it offers an alternative to synthetic folic acid. Unlike folic acid, which requires conversion by the MTHFR enzyme, 5-MTHF is already metabolically active, making it a suitable option for people with reduced MTHFR enzyme activity.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 capsule daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.
