Ingredients

Active ingredients per serve of 2 scoops (11.4 g; 30 serves per 342 g tub). The panel was published for one flavour and may vary slightly between flavours:
Ashwagandha 600 mg; L-serine 500 mg; taurine 3000 mg; passion flower extract 300 mg; L-theanine 200 mg;
magnesium bi-glycinate 400 mg; magnesium citrate 400 mg; magnesium threonate 200 mg; vitamin B6 10 mg; zinc 5 mg;
valerian root 600 mg; lemon balm 500 mg; holy basil 500 mg; hops 150 mg; chamomile (standardised to apigenin) 100 mg.

Directions

Mix 2 scoops with 300 ml of chilled water or your preferred beverage. Consume 30-45 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place in the original container. Keep the lid tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children. Use within 12 months of opening. Do not refrigerate.
