Coconut blossom sugar (certified organic)

Use it as you would brown or raw sugar. The granules are a little coarser and drier than caster sugar, so give it a moment to dissolve in cold drinks, or cream it into butter when baking. It bakes to a deeper colour than white sugar, so expect a darker crumb.
