Directions

For a drink, stir approximately 1 tablespoon (10 g) into hot tea, coffee or another hot liquid. You can bloom the gelatin first.

For a set gelatin, mix ¼ cup (40 g) gelatin with ½ cup water (a 1:2 ratio) until evenly combined. Stir this into 250 mL hot liquid with your chosen flavouring until dissolved. Pour into a mould and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Use less gelatin for a softer set or more for a firmer set.
