Ingredients

Each 6.6g dose contains: Magnesium glycinate dihydrate (Meta Mag, magnesium diglycinate) 3g equiv. magnesium 300mg; Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) dry herb extract 545mg; Glycine. Mango passion flavour, naturally sweetened with stevia, no added artificial flavour or colour.

Directions

Stir 1 scoop (6.6g) into 200mL of cold or warm water and take once daily before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
