Selenomethionine (Equiv. to Selenium 100 micrograms)... 250 micrograms

Directions

Adults: Take one tablet per day with a glass of water. Take with food.

Warning

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains zinc. Please take caution when combining with other Qsilica products that also contain zinc and check your other supplements to ensure you don’t exceed the recommended daily intake.
