Ingredients

Directions

For one 25g sachet: use 5 chicken thighs, 4 chicken breasts, 1 whole chicken, or 1 whole cauliflower cut into pieces. Rub 1 tablespoon olive oil over the protein or vegetables. Add the full sachet and massage it in. Cook immediately, or leave in the fridge for up to 24 hours for more flavour. Roast in the oven, air fry, or grill on the BBQ.
