Ingredients

Onion, Garlic, Paprika, Pink Himalayan Salt, Pepper, Parsley.

Directions

For one 30g sachet: use 500g beef, chicken or tofu strips; 1 diced onion; 150g sliced mushrooms; 200g spinach; 4 tablespoons sour cream; 300ml chicken stock; and 2 tablespoons tomato paste. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add protein, tomato paste and onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook until softened. Add the recipe base and any remaining vegetables. Add stock, cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Add spinach and sour cream, turn off the heat and leave for 5 minutes. Serve with egg noodles or bow tie pasta.
