Description

Love Tea Sleep loose leaf tea: a comforting blend with lavender, passionflower and valerian, with a smooth, slightly sweet mint finish, made to promote a deeper, more restorative sleep. 60g.

Ingredients

Certified Organic Ingredients: Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), Spearmint (Mentha spicata), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)

Directions
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C – 85°C and allow to infuse for 3 – 5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.

Warning

Licorice root is not recommended for those who are pregnant, or suffer from hypertension.
