Description

HealthWise inositol: a 100% pure, pharmaceutical-grade myo-inositol powder, a vital part of cell membranes. Available in 150g and 300g.

Ingredients

100% pure myo-inositol (pharmaceutical grade microcrystalline powder), packed without fillers or flowing agents.

Directions
Start with about 1/2 to 1 level teaspoon, preferably taken before meals. Studies have used up to 6g in split servings depending on bowel tolerance. The powder can clump; break it up with a spoon or dissolve in water.

Warning

High doses can cause diarrhoea. Caffeine may interfere with inositol uptake. Sold as a food only. For specific conditions, consult your healthcare professional.
