Ingredients

Organic brown rice flour, organic white rice flour, organic tapioca flour, organic buckwheat flour, organic sunflower seeds, organic quinoa flour, organic flaxseeds, organic pepitas, baking powder, organic chia seeds, organic coconut sugar and Himalayan salt.

Directions

Combine the mix with eggs, milk and olive oil, plus your choice of grated vegetables or protein. Pour into a muffin tray or a brownie tray and bake. Baked muffins freeze well.
